1. About My Services

My name is Allyson Rico, and I offer intuitive, mediumship, and spirit-guide sessions intended for:

  • reflection
  • insight
  • emotional support
  • personal growth

My services are spiritual in nature.

They are not a substitute for:

  • medical care
  • mental health care
  • legal or financial advice

Always seek licensed professionals for those needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book a session.

Sessions for minors are not offered.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions are booked through my scheduling system.

When booking, you agree to provide accurate information so that:

  • appointment reminders are delivered correctly
  • I can contact you if needed

I reserve the right to reschedule or decline a session if needed due to illness, emergency, or other reasonable circumstances. If I need to reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payments

Payments are collected after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are made through third-party services such as:

  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • PayPal

This website does not process payments directly.

Each payment platform has its own terms and privacy policies.

For bookkeeping purposes, I may record:

  • your name
  • the date of the session
  • the amount paid

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Because I reserve time specifically for you:

  • Please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify me, I may choose not to offer future sessions.

6. Refunds

Sessions involve personal and intuitive work. Because results are subjective and each session is unique:

All sessions are generally non-refundable.

However, if there is a technical problem or unexpected issue that prevents us from completing the session, I may choose, at my discretion, to:

  • reschedule, or
  • offer a refund

7. Testimonials

If you choose to submit a testimonial, you give permission for it to be:

  • displayed on the website, and/or
  • used in marketing materials

  • accuracy of interpretations
